Cancellation: subscriptions can be cancelled from the billing management page. Access remains available until the end of the current billing period.
Refunds and plan changes: due to the nature of digital services, payments are non-refundable after purchase. Downgrades from Bundle do not refund the remaining period, and single-service switches are not prorated. Changing from a single-service plan to Bundle may create an additional charge at the time of change. If cancellation is already scheduled, changing plans cancels that schedule and continues the subscription on the new plan, except where required by law.
