Paid access gives you 30 days of AI Chat prompts for ChatGPT, Grok, and Gemini. NotebookLM integration remains free. Paid access is an experimental feature for quickly inserting prompts for work, slides, image creation, writing, and other AI Chat workflows.

Open ChatGPT, Grok, or Gemini. A BananaNL button appears near the input field. Choose a prompt from the button, and BananaNL inserts it into the input. BananaNL does not send it for you. Review the content, then send it yourself.

If you only use NotebookLM, BananaNL can still work as a shortcut to saved styles, Business templates, the popular catalog, and Daily Prompt. It helps you reuse previous styles without searching for them again.

First reload the target page. In NotebookLM, the BananaNL button appears on screens with an input field, such as Studio customization screens. For ChatGPT, Grok, and Gemini, check that AI Chat integration is enabled in Options. If it still does not appear, open the Chrome extension icon → BananaNL → Options and review each integration display setting.

First reload the target page. If it still does not update, open the Chrome extension icon → BananaNL → Options and try refreshing purchase status or re-authenticating. If the Google account used in Chrome is different from the email address used for BananaNL purchase, authenticate with the purchase email address.

Where can I change my plan?

  3. Review the current plan, available services, and billing impact.
  4. If everything looks correct, confirm with the plan-change button shown.

Choosing a plan alone does not change your subscription. Changing from a single-service plan to Bundle may create an additional charge at the time of change. Changing from Bundle to a single-service plan does not refund the remaining period, and switching between single-service plans does not adjust the price difference.

If cancellation is already scheduled, changing plans cancels that schedule and continues the subscription on the new plan.

Opening Stripe billing management alone does not update payment or billing information or cancel your subscription.

After cancellation, BananaNL remains available until the end of the current billing period. For refunds and plan-change handling, please check the Commerce disclosure.

Can I get a refund?

Because BananaNL is a digital service, refunds after payment and adjustments for remaining time or price differences after plan changes are generally not provided. Please check the Commerce disclosure for details.

However, if a core feature did not work right after purchase, or if you can share specific details about a bug or usability issue, we will review it individually. Please contact us through the support form or email with your environment, the screen where you had trouble, and what you expected to happen.

Can I use it again after temporarily uninstalling it?
Answer
Yes. Reinstall BananaNL from the Chrome Web Store to use it again. If you already purchased a plan, re-authenticate with the email address used for purchase to restore access to the covered features.
