Where can I cancel my plan?
- Open the page below.
Open cancellation page - In purchase management, enter the email address used for purchase.
- Click Change or cancel plan.
- The Stripe billing management page will open.
- On the Stripe page, click Cancel subscription.
If your plan is not authenticated yet, clicking Change or cancel plan will send an email with an authentication link. Open that link to authenticate, then repeat steps 2-5.
After cancellation, BananaNL remains available until the end of the current billing period. For refunds and plan-change handling, please check the Commerce disclosure.
